LUCID SERVICES IS WONDERFUL. Called Christian and knew right away I was with a company that would take care of my mother's claim. They took photos of the roof and Leo met with me to discuss the interior water damage. The whole company kept me informed and the roof looks amazing and the interior looks like nothing was wrong. Lucid has handled this claim from beginning to end and even submitted documents for me to the claims adjuster in order for us to receive all of the funds from the insurance company. While I hope to not have damage again, I know who I will call for assistance. Thank you to everyone at Lucid Services!

I was concerned after finding shingles in my backyard. I called Lucid Services with a friend's referral. Mark was attentive and immediately sent his rep, Daniel, to my house. He assessed the roof and determined that they were the neighbor's and there was no damage to my roof. I asked him about reconditioning of my roof and he was very informative, polite, and quickly got the job done. Daniel's communication was great since I was at work and didn't know what was going on at the house. He informed me about everything. They are honest and a wonderful company to work with!

Working with Lucid Services was great! I submitted a request through their online form, which took a few days to get a response to due to Hurricane Beryl. Once a person reached out, my roof was assigned to Daniel and he brought his drone to take pictures the same day he called. We got our quote the next day. We shopped around with different roofers for a bit, but from the day we signed with Lucid to the day our new roof was installed was less than a month (and that included over a week of rain and scheduling challenges from our side!). Our roof was completed in about 10 hours. Overall a really easy experience!

Raymond was wonderful to work with! He really stepped up to make sure our roof got fixed after the summer storms!
