Lucid Services handled repairs to my home after a severe hail storm damaged the roof, windows, exterior paint, garage door, and fence. The extensive damage was over-whelming.Mark Arnim and Raymond Jones were so knowledgeable and professional through the weeks long endeavor. Their crews were polite and highly skilled. They always cleaned up and left everything in order. My home looks beautiful!Communication was consistent throughout the process. Mark and Raymond came by frequently to check on crews, evaluate the work, and to make sure I had no concerns.They worked closely with my insurance adjuster and followed up to make sure I recovered the maximum claim allowed. They take pride in their work and the customer is their number one priority.

We had Lucid come and inspect/repair our roof in Jun 2024. Their price was very competitive, they were on time, and super professional.3 month later we had a leak, and I worked with Christian, who came in and corrected the issue as a follow up of the initial work.Personally I highly respected that, and considered it to be the epitome of customer service and standing by your work. This was an absolute amazing experience that I have had working with Lucid Services, and Christian (the owner), and I would undoubtedly recommend them to anyone.

LUCID SERVICES IS WONDERFUL. Called Christian and knew right away I was with a company that would take care of my mother's claim. They took photos of the roof and Leo met with me to discuss the interior water damage. The whole company kept me informed and the roof looks amazing and the interior looks like nothing was wrong. Lucid has handled this claim from beginning to end and even submitted documents for me to the claims adjuster in order for us to receive all of the funds from the insurance company. While I hope to not have damage again, I know who I will call for assistance. Thank you to everyone at Lucid Services!
